Helpful starting details

• Your website and the task to improve.
• Who needs better information and where it gets lost.
• The customer, scheduling or estimating tools involved.
• Any important date or seasonal constraint.

Leave sensitive details out.

Do not include customer addresses, access instructions, payment details, credentials or private job records. Describe the type of information involved; an appropriate way to share a redacted example can be agreed later.

A saved confirmation means your inquiry was recorded for review. It does not prove an email notification or promise a response time. If the form reports a problem, keep your message and use the email option.
